I had regained the lost weight from previous year, when I decided to get back fit self I chose Shreena as my coach and it was the best choice.She is very friendly and constantly motivates to stick to the plan. Making healthy food choices and building up stamina is not an easy task but this is what I wanted. It's easier to make excuses than do it. I read posts and Transformation journey everyday and get motivated but that is not enough. Thanks to Shreena she has helped me over and over again. I have been consistent with my food habits and exercise without giving up in the past 6 months because of her. She has not only given me motivations, but also helped me make better choices and better judgement when it comes to food and exercise. She has been an amazing mentor to me. She assisted me in making better health decisions and manage my schedule to take care of my little one and job.
