I had a really great experience working with Shinaz from FITTR. What I appreciate most is that she focused on proper fat loss rather than just weight loss, which made a huge difference in how I look and feel. When I started in Feb, my weight was 66.5kg. I have been trying from last one year but could not make it up. Thanks to Shinaz as she helped me to make it happen. She created a diet plan that was tailored to my schedule and personal needs, making it easy to follow consistently. She also guided me through managing my thyroid-related concerns, which was very helpful and reassuring. Even though we had weekly calls, she was available daily for support—whether it was answering questions, checking updates, or even demonstrating exercises. That level of involvement kept me accountable and motivated throughout the journey. I started in early February, and since then I’ve seen a noticeable transformation. My weight has come down to around 60.5 kg in 2.5 months and more importantly, I’ve lost fat. My clothes, especially around the waist, have become much looser, which clearly shows the progress. Overall, her guidance has helped me a lot, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for sustainable fat loss and proper coaching. I have been training with Shinaz for about 3 months now, I have lost 5kgs of fat . Her approach is very practical and beginner friendly. she is a very calm , patient and friend-like coach. she always stays in touch and responds very quickly to all our needs. Her nutrition and fitness plans are extremely easy to follow and she will make sure it fits well to our hectic routine. She also, teaches us the basic right and helps us frame our own plans . Am very glad I chose her as my coach and I would blindly refer her to anyone . She is overall a very sweet person and someone who knows what she is doing. No movement on scale but getting rid of nausea postpartum and receiving compliments like SANTOOR MOM did show that I have achieved something. Also I am so happy to get a toned body now and fit in my old pairs of pants xx
