Shilpa is a very good coach who treats her client as a family. She herself is so well disciplined and headstrong that wants any person to be like her. She takes regular updates from her clients and accomodates most of our reasonable likings in our diet..She trains our mind to make fitness a lifestly rather than just a short term commitment. I will highly her for anyone who wants to loose weight n more than that who wants to be disciplined in life so that overall health improves for lifetime..Shilpa Mam I am not leaving you anytime,, now we are hitched for life..Thank you so much for all your support,guidance and teachings..

Shilpa is a great coach. she is very patient and will guide you very well in your fitness journey. She listens to what I have to say and takes my needs into consideration. With her, your fitness journey will be sustainable. She believes in transforming your lifestyle and gives plans that will enable you to make fitness and health part of your daily routine. Her meal and workout plans are doable because they are customized based on your needs. she has always been motivating and understanding and always helping me do better.

Shilpa is the best !!! She understands your needs and works at your pace . From the first time I texted her I felt a connection with her . she is so down to earth and all she wants is to help her mentees to get better . she is a genuine person and very hard working , always inspiring, always motivating, always checking on you. If you join under her she will make sure that you become a winner in every sense . She is very knowledgeable and she is just a ping away . To succeed you need a mentor who has trust in you .
