Shilpa has been a great coach. Very positive and very involved. She has educated me quite a bit and busted health myths in my time with her. Daily accountability specially sharing videos of my workout helped me better my form and kept me in check. I really like the subtle yet firm approach she has. I have managed to lose around 7.5 kgs in 4 months with her and lose a lot of inches. She herself is very disciplined and that is motivating enough. Overall, she is amazing and if you want are looking for a great coach then look no further. ❤️

I’ve been training with Shilpa for the past 8 months, and the results speak for themselves. When I started, I was at 85 kg with around 25% body fat. Today, I’m at 70 kg and close to 11% body fat — a transformation that wouldn’t have been possible without her guidance. What really stands out about her is how consistent and accountable she is. She never let me lose track of my goals and always followed up to make sure I stayed on course. Her knowledge of training, nutrition, and overall fitness made every step of the journey structured and effective. Beyond just workouts and diet plans, she kept me motivated even on the toughest days. Whenever I felt stuck or low, she knew exactly how to push me forward without overwhelming me. I’m genuinely grateful for her support and dedication. This journey has not only transformed my body but also my mindset towards fitness and discipline.

Shilpa has been a strong support system for more than 2 years, and throughout this journey, I have learned a great deal from her while achieving an overall body recomposition. I enrolled under Shilpa Ma'am on 31st July 2025. I feel very lucky to have found such an amazing coach. She has been involved at every stage of my journey. Weekly updates. diet. exercise. on point. Weekly discussion on how was my week and then planning for next week. And it doesn't stop there on weekly updates only. She also takes daily updates regarding how much KG and Reps were performed for the given exercise and also insists on sharing exercise videos and she will respond on every information shared and guide me accordingly. Your every doubts gets answered. From 31st July 2025 till now I have improved a lot under her coaching and guidance. She is an inspiration for me. A coach who walks the talk. She inspire and motivate by her own work. Her dedication sets her apart. I am looking forward to improving a lot under her as i am going to renew my plan under her.
