Hi, I am Malti Gupta. I started my transformation journey 295 days ago at 93 kg, and today I proudly stand at 71 kg. This transformation was only possible because of my coach Shilpa Mehta — her continuous push, regular monitoring, personalized diet plans, and proper exercise guidance kept me motivated every single day. Shilpa has been a driving force towards my goals. She takes her time to explain every little things, is genuinely concerned, always available for help and is an excellent mentor. i have always admired her and i feel proud to call her my Mentor because rukna nahi hai.
I enrolled with Coach Shilpa, when I was at my weakest mentally and losing myself. She not only gave a diet and exercise plan, she chose to hold my hand to me get out of it by sharing motivational videos, her own struggles which made her a strong resilient woman that she is today. Everything was going well, until my post viral arthritis kicked in, followed by multiple infections - PID, E.Coli infection, haemorrhoids and severe diarrhea which led to the hospitalization too. Sometimes, God tests your patience for good but she was right there and provided me a diet as per my current situation since I couldn't work out so we relied on just eating right. A good diet did help me in my recovery. Although, i couldn't achieve the target I had in my mind because of three months of fighting illness but the happy news was I lost 6kgs and could preserve my energy levels and muscle mass to a good extent. She also encouraged me to get myself educated further in the field of nutrition. I really can't thank her enough for being there in my toughest times. Today, I am mentally and physically in a much better place and will continue with the guidance she provided me. She is indeed one of the best coaches who believes in helping her clients holistically.
