I signed up with my coach Shilpa Mehta after seeing her incredible dedication and transformation, and my journey with her has been amazing! She truly listened to me and designed my plan around my busy schedule, my diet, and the foods I love to eat. Thanks to her guidance, I lost 10 kg in six months!She was always there when I needed her and quickly replied to my messages. Whenever I got off track, she motivated me to keep going. Shilpa has been the greatest mentor/coach that I could ask for. I only want to thank her for the last 6 months. She has changed my lifestyle, the things that I was struggling with and have changed my whole perspective towards the fitness and nutrition. I absolutely love looking at myself now. Gained so much of confidence, this is the best version of myself. I have also learnt a lot that I can probably pass on to others. I would highly recommend Shilpa to all who are looking for an actual lifestyle change. The accountability she holds over to commendable, she doesn’t let you slip away and that’s the best. Shilpa has been a great coach. Very positive and very involved. She has educated me quite a bit and busted health myths in my time with her. Daily accountability specially sharing videos of my workout helped me better my form and kept me in check. I really like the subtle yet firm approach she has. I have managed to lose around 7.5 kgs in 4 months with her and lose a lot of inches. She herself is very disciplined and that is motivating enough. Overall, she is amazing and if you want are looking for a great coach then look no further. ❤️
I’ve been training with Shilpa for the past 8 months, and the results speak for themselves. When I started, I was at 85 kg with around 25% body fat. Today, I’m at 70 kg and close to 11% body fat — a transformation that wouldn’t have been possible without her guidance. What really stands out about her is how consistent and accountable she is. She never let me lose track of my goals and always followed up to make sure I stayed on course. Her knowledge of training, nutrition, and overall fitness made every step of the journey structured and effective. Beyond just workouts and diet plans, she kept me motivated even on the toughest days. Whenever I felt stuck or low, she knew exactly how to push me forward without overwhelming me. I’m genuinely grateful for her support and dedication. This journey has not only transformed my body but also my mindset towards fitness and discipline.
