I have been training with Coach Shikha for 7 weeks now and it’s been amazing. She has not only been a coach to me but also a mentor, a friend and an accountability partner. She makes working out fun, brings variations, is very accommodating with diet options and motivates me when I need it! I’ve already started seeing progress on the scale as well as my strength in the past 7 weeks and I cannot wait to see how we progress over the months to come! It’s been nearly 7 weeks with Coach Shikha, and it’s been an incredible learning journey! I have 8kgs to lose, primarily focusing on my tummy, which is quite challenging. Shikha has designed a fantastic plan that allows me to maintain a calorie deficit without feeling deprived. She's not only patient and positive but also pays great attention to correcting form. Finding a coach like Shikha is rare—I feel truly fortunate to have her as my coach!
