I had been training under Shikha for few weeks. I could feel more energetic and younger than I used to be. She can adjust the pace and workout according to my flexibility and tries to correct my posture often that made my recovery process much easier and I could continue my training with ease. She’s very patient with identifying the best process that is suitable for you and never sticks to the same routine with diet as well as workouts. She can give variety in the diet chart which will end up having a feast everyday. I have lost few inches and pounds so far and I am waiting to see more changes in the next couple of months.
