I enrolled under shikha when I was half way into my transformation because initial phase was simple but then I lost the hang of doing it by myself. It's been more than 3 months with her. Shikha has been understanding and strict right from the beginning. She is not here for a strole but for the run. The accountability, consistent follow ups, regular check ins, that much needed scoldings and readiness to understand and listen to problems and give solution is something she does well. I am a surgeon and want to stand for myself and others and be able to do everything effortlessly. I could bearly get 3-4k step count. Now with her constant push I manage 6-8k. She has given me a wholesome diet where i don't compromise on calories or taste, keeps me satiated with the busy schedule and a training schedule that seems doable. I developed some health issues , but she worked around it and let me get back to my routine. Since I started with her my HbA1c dropped from 5.4 to 4.7 Total cholesterol dropped from 141 to 104 I look forward to our journey together and hope to get on to the ICN stage too. Cheers.
Been few weeks with Shikha and i feel so good about the my plan .. The diet and workout is on point and she encourages to achieve my goals... can already feel the difference with balanced nutrition. I had a really good experience with Coach Shikha. She has great knowledge about diet and always takes your preferences into account. She also plans workouts based on your routine, which makes them easy to follow. One thing I truly appreciate about her is that she focuses on overall wellbeing, not just diet and workouts. She also gives importance to sleep quality, sleep timing, and key health markers. With her guidance, I was able to lose 4 kg. Due to some personal reasons, my progress was a bit slow, otherwise it could have been even better. I had been dealing with ongoing lower back pain that was starting to affect even simple things like sitting for long hours or bending down comfortably. Working with my trainer Shikha Pandya genuinely changed that. She focused on understanding my posture, daily habits, and the root cause of my pain. Finally, I can say that movements that used to feel stiff or uncomfortable became much easier, and I started gaining confidence in my body again.
