I had a really good experience with Coach Shikha. She has great knowledge about diet and always takes your preferences into account. She also plans workouts based on your routine, which makes them easy to follow. One thing I truly appreciate about her is that she focuses on overall wellbeing, not just diet and workouts. She also gives importance to sleep quality, sleep timing, and key health markers. With her guidance, I was able to lose 4 kg. Due to some personal reasons, my progress was a bit slow, otherwise it could have been even better. If you’re serious about your fitness goals and ready to give your best, Coach Shikha is the perfect person to guide you. I highly recommend her. I had been dealing with ongoing lower back pain that was starting to affect even simple things like sitting for long hours or bending down comfortably. Working with my trainer Shikha Pandya genuinely changed that. She focused on understanding my posture, daily habits, and the root cause of my pain. Finally, I can say that movements that used to feel stiff or uncomfortable became much easier, and I started gaining confidence in my body again. On the nutrition side, her approach was very practical. There were no extreme diets—just simple changes that supported recovery which made it easy to stick to. Overall, I not only saw a significant improvement in my back pain but also feel more aware of how to take care of my body long-term. I’d definitely recommend Shikha to anyone dealing with similar issues and look forward to continue my fitness journey with her.

I have been on a 3 month body transformation program with Coach Shikha and she helped me reduce 5kg over the period (71kg to 66kg, body fat % change 23% to 19.5%). Previously I would not have discipline to stick to a diet / workput plan, as I would get influenced by Instagram reels and videos and keep jumping from one trend to another. Coach Shikha helped formulate an easy to follow plan keeping in mind my dietry preferences and the workouts were also designed in a way keeping my goals in mind. She was also available if I had any questions/ queries about the plan or exercises. The regular weekly catchups and daily updates really helped me stick to the plan. Overall the journey with her has been amazing and I am looking forward to continuing this in coming months.

Her constant check-ins made us feel supported throughout the process, and it truly kept us accountable. What sets Shikha apart is her ability to balance motivation with empathy. She understands our challenges, but she also pushes us to rise above them and give our very best. Her reminders, encouragement, and timely nudges have played a huge role in helping us stay focused. Even on days when we felt low or demotivated, she found the right words to lift our energy and get us back on track.
