I’ve been with Shikha just over 2 weeks. Still early days but I already feel like a different person. Eating out was my main problem which Shikha so easily managed to change with tips and tricks. She included everything I enjoyed eating and added it accordingly into my diet plan so I feel satisfied with my meals which I’ve started preparing at home with ease and my family too seems to enjoy this change. Shikha is like a friend she talks and explains and corrects everything with ease making you feel comfortable and achievable. I am very glad to have found Shikha and looking forward to the coming months. I’ve been working out for 7 years and after my last bulking phase, I had gained both muscle and some fat. In the last 3 months with Coach Shikha, I’ve lost 3.1 kilos even with a hectic schedule and frequent work trips. She’s helped me improve form, recover from back sprains, and stay consistent. Her accountability and support have been key. I’m feeling leaner. On the way to lose some more fat & start my next gaining phase strong. Highly recommend her!
