I started my Journey with Shikha in Feb 2025 but right after a month due to mh personal reasons I couldn't continue the plan.. she again checked on me and finally after a pause of 1.5 months I continued my Journey wid her and she helped me loose almost 4 kgs with good inches loss. I have renewed my member ship wid her and will stay until I reach my target. She has an immense positivity and a very calming persona. I had never been this displined and consistent ever in my life. I owe this to her. I cant wait to see reaching my goal weight with her.. Thanks a Lot Shikha 🙏 💓
