My journey with shehanaz maam has been a wonderful experience. She made me acquainted to a custom diet and routine and I did not have any difficulty adjusting to it as it was not bland or boring. During my 6 months, I lost 11 kgs. The plan was tailored well for me as I am a breastfeeding mother and it has helped me with my slow and steady progress.

She also educated me on the benefits of a wholesome diet, emphasizing that weight loss doesn't mean starving oneself. I truly appreciate her unwavering dedication to her work, and I'm amazed at how she is always available whenever I need her. Having Shenaz as my coach has been a remarkable privilege, and I am grateful for her ongoing support. In just three months, I have successfully shed 11 kilograms and experienced a noticeable reduction in inches.
