I approached Shenaz to loose my post pregnancy weight after my first baby since i have gained too much weight she helped me to stay on track to achieve my goal weight. She is very prompt on weekly calls and messages. She is like a friend who motivates you without nagging and micromanaging. She also replys timely on calls & message. She gave me the alternatives diet plan when i couldnot follow the certain deit plan. I couldnot continue my strict diet plan due to my health issue one whole month but she encourage me to eat healthy and didnot let my health issue intervene in my diet plan. My overall experience with Shenaz was extremly delightfull . I am definately gonna suggest my friends and relatives who wants to loose weight. I love her positivity and her patience is admirable.
Shenaz had been a fantastic Mentor. She has a good degree of patience and shares a great set of enthusiasm in the transformation journey. She follows up periodically and tweak the plan adequately in order to achieve great results. She was amazing in responding to queries, concerns and opinions during the discussions. Shenaz was amazing! She has been considerate, patient and motivated me all throughout my weight loss journey. She tailored my diet and fitness program and I successfully managed to lose 6kg in 12 weeks! With her help and guidance, I also managed to reduced my body fat percentage from 34.2 to 25.8 In addition to losing weight and inches, I no longer feel exhausted after long working hours. Shenaz is the best I could have hoped for. She is understanding, patient, and will provide you a diet and exercise plan that is as comfortable and suited to you as possible so that you can actually get into a good eating diet. She guides and motivates you for everything while conducting weekly checks on you. She shared wonderful videos where you can finish the step count, and she gave me a home training plan in case I couldn't make it to the gym. I appreciate you making my routine more healthier; it was a wonderful journey for me.
