Shenaz is a friend and seeing her transformation through FITTR was mind-blowing. And once she signed up as a with FITTR, it was only a matter of time before I knew that I wanted her to coach me. My biggest challenge was mindset and consistency. She has been amazing in helping me change my mindset regarding the way I eat, the way I perceive exercise and making this a sustainable lifestyle. That was my goal and she patiently helped me attain it. Every time I slipped, she would ask me what was getting in the way and then share suggestions which would lead to a solution that I could easily implement. I never felt judged. So I always felt like she was on my side and she was going to help me through the hurdle. Her weekly calls were motivating and helped me with accountability. Suggesting different food items and explaining the science behind it to ensure optimum nutrition and calories deficit, worked well for me as I find that if I know the why I'm informed for life so I find it easier to apply. She's an excellent coach who is able to really figure out workouts, food, routines that will work for the client. She knows what she's doing and she does it immensely well!

Not effective
shenaz has been amazing she understood my requirements and curated the plan as per my schedule. she is an amazing person helping me focus on creating habits and focussing on my overall well being. she is very friendly and helpful. More than physical changes i observed small changes in my body yet creating a big impact. She is the best coach. she has been very patiently listening to me like a friend with whom I can share everything whether my diet or my concerns related to this journey or my overall well being best support system.
