I lost around 5 kg in just two months. The diet plan was customized according to my eating habits and daily routine, which made it easy to follow. I always received great motivation and support throughout the journey from Shardul. Overall, a really good experience. Highly recommended!

It’s been almost two months with Shardul and I am happy that I have lost inches. He is a very supportive mentor and also keeps track of daily accountability and gives prompt feedback on daily basis even if I have sent him very late. He has given a very simple plan with many options which we can switch over. I will definitely recommend him for those who wish to lose weight and get fit with ease.
