I’ve been training with coach Shardul for almost 6 months now, and honestly the experience has been amazing from day one. He’s extremely friendly and approachable, and never makes you feel dumb for asking questions. No matter how basic or random my doubts were — whether it was about proteins, carbs, fats, hydration, digestion, or even small things like adding ketchup with an omelette — he always explained everything patiently and in detail. What I appreciate the most is that he doesn’t just tell you what to do blindly. He explains the pros and cons of different choices and helps you understand why one option is better than the other. For example, when I asked about ketchup with my meals, instead of simply saying yes or no, he explained how regularly depending on condiments can slowly become a habit and affect your relationship with food over time. That level of guidance really stood out to me. There was also a phase where I got frustrated because my weight wasn’t dropping much, and I started doubting the process. But he stayed confident, explained how body recomposition works, and kept reminding me that even if the scale doesn’t move much, physical changes will still happen if muscle gain and fat loss are happening together — and that’s exactly what happened. The difference in my physique over these months has been really good, and more importantly, my understanding of fitness and nutrition has improved a lot. Super grateful to have a coach who genuinely cares, guides properly, and keeps you motivated throughout the journey.

I’m genuinely happy to say that Shardul has played a significant and lasting role in my lifelong fitness journey, within just 3 months. Being so young, I joined him with a bit of skepticism, definitely my mistake! Even though he’s relatively early in his coaching journey compared to some other coaches I’ve worked with, he truly surprised me. He was able to guide me far beyond the category he is currently in at Fittr. What stood out the most was that he worked with me and my patterns instead of against them. With him, it felt like taking baby steps rather than making drastic, unsustainable changes that are impossible to maintain. They say, “Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach him how to fish and he eats for a lifetime.” The transformation within the period might seem small, but the strength I feel within has increased tenfold.

I lost around 5 kg in just two months. The diet plan was customized according to my eating habits and daily routine, which made it easy to follow. I always received great motivation and support throughout the journey from Shardul. Overall, a really good experience. Highly recommended!
