I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Shantha. Your dedication and expertise as a strength training instructor is above par! Your punctuality and consistency set a great example and helps keep me on track. You keep pushing my limits. I appreciate how motivated and supportive you are during each session, which really keeps me focused and driven. Your approach to training is well-rounded, as you ensure that we target various muscle groups, making each workout balanced and effective. I also value the variety of training regimes you introduce (body weight, endurance, weights, training with stress bands) which keeps the sessions engaging and challenging. I have already started seeing the difference in my fitness. I also appreciate your efforts to adjust and change my workouts based on my injuries. You also made sure that these injuries heal faster by doing light exercises. Thank you for your commitment to helping me achieve my fitness goals! 🙏🏼
Very mundane and boring session .. did not do more than 1 class.
I’ve been training with Shantha for the past 3 months. He’s very punctual,understanding and challenges me to strive to do my best. Super supportive!Despite,having time zone differences he still managed to adjust to my suitable timings. Highly recommend him!
This is my 5th week working with Shantha. He's super motivating, accommodating (even with last min requests), professional and punctual. He even tries to check on diet off workout times which keeps me conscious of my goals. He is a seasoned trainer and very passionate athlete himself, which gives me confidence that I'm in good hands. He keeps checking my posture and keep giving feedback to do it right way to avoid injuries. There is always mix of workouts like weights, endurance training, kick boxing, Always asks for how I am doing with respect to soreness and such to customize the workout everyday. Looking forward to my transformation with Shantha. Would definitely recommend him to others.
