These 2weeks have been really great. I learned to control my portions and they keep me filled for long and i dont crave as much as i use to. Weve worked on my ankle and wrist strengthening they were very important to me. The days i was sick, she reminded me that its okay to not workout and give body the rest. She has helped me being accountable with daily reminders and guidance. Thank you so much ma’am

I’ve been training with Mrs. Shailly Dutt for the past 2 weeks, and the experience has been really positive so far. I’ve already started noticing changes. I have lost a few inches, which is super motivating this early in the journey. More importantly, I feel much more energetic and active throughout the day. One big difference I have felt is that I am far less bloated and my stomach feels lighter overall. Despite my hectic flying routine, she has created a very well structured and practical plan that I am able to follow consistently. The diet plan is designed with properly counted macros, and I stay full throughout the day without feeling unnecessary hunger, which makes it easy to stick to. Another great benefit I have noticed is in my workouts with this improved energy, I am able to lift heavier and perform better than before. Overall, it’s been a great start and I am excited to see more progress ahead. Thankyou so much ma'am 💪
