This is my second season working with Shabnam, and I truly can't praise her enough. She has been incredibly patient in understanding my goals and has spent so much time helping me understand the science behind fitness and nutrition. Her knowledge is exceptional, and she knows exactly what works for me. She constantly challenges me while creating plans that work with my body, my lifestyle, and my individual needs. This season, my primary goal was overall weight loss after dealing with significant gut issues that led to weight gain and increased inches. Shabnam started me with the fundamentals, helping me rebuild consistency through manageable workouts, thoughtful meal planning, and gradual progression. She hasn't missed a single call, question, or meal check-in and has been meticulous in guiding every step of this journey. Today, I feel stronger, healthier, and far more confident in my body—and I owe a huge part of that to her. My goal is to reach a size 0 at 45, and there's no one I'd trust more to help me get there. Shabnam is a true coach in every sense of the word—knowledgeable, supportive, accountable, and genuinely invested in her clients' success.
Shabnam is an exceptional coach who has helped me understand and address the behavioral patterns that were holding me back, focusing on the root causes rather than just the symptoms. She is also very attentive to workout technique, consistently giving feedback to improve my form and ensure I get the most out of every exercise. I've seen significant improvements in both my performance and overall health. It has been a wonderful journey so far, and I'm grateful for her support, knowledge, and dedication.
Working with Shabnam has completely changed the way I look at fitness and nutrition. I am 42 year old male trying to be my best version of. I tried multiple coaches in past, stopped, resumed. After a break, I resumed my journey with Shabnam, so far it’s amazing. She is ensures, I am on correct path, gives alternative in case of problems. She follows up regularly, which I really like and keeps me motivated. I am sure, I will be in my best shape soon.
