Shabnam is a godsend coach. She spends time understanding your motivation and helps you find the path to fitness which one can integrate in the life forever. She never focussed on weight loss for me, but made me realise the functional benefits (extra energy to play with my 3 year old, waking up refreshed, no period pains). This focus helped me look at the food in my plan in a different light as well. The best thing about her is that she keeps reminding you of the things that are going well and as she says “Do your best, in the given circumstance.. don’t run behind perfection”
