my experience with her has been very soothing and fun . 1. She absolutely understood my life routine ,kids schedule and my sleep deprivation.helped with tips to manage my sleep cycle . 2. She understood my sweet cravings and how to manage them .whatever she gave me as a diet I can surely follow it for the lifetime ...it was nothing like diet . Matlab she gave me biryani / cake in my diet sometimes when I craved for it 😊😆 how cool is that !!!! 3. The best and the most exciting part being with her is she made my workout super exciting .it was like a challenge for me each day .I loved going to the gym . 4. Last and the most important thing is my comfort level with her . I could share anything with her without being judged .I have found a new friend 😊

```*Not All Heroes Wear Capes*``` I was lost, low and had nullified all my workout gains because .. life happened. I connected with my Sensai Shabnam, who did not just coach me about fitness but guided me in working towards having a fitness mindset. During my 12 week fitness journey, I was down with fever which lasted 3 weeks, my father was hospitalized and we were going through a major financial crysis. Sensai was not only patient with me, but also calmly listened, advised and genuinely invested her time and emotions. It was getting difficult to maintain diet, for the she would give alternates. She would always tell me, “ask yourself if you have given your 100% today. You don’t have to reply to me or explain to anyone else, just to your younger and future self”. My fat % went from 23.5% to 19.2%. I lost 4 kg of fat. More than loosing weight, I felt my body got a lot tighter and I felt more energy throughout the day. There were times I would be really low on motivation and would not schedule calls with her. She would push me to stay consistent with my workout and updates. Her transformation story in itself is a big motivation to keep going against all odds. At the start of my journey, when I was explaining her what I want to achieve and do, how much weight, how much strength etc. she would always respond as “we” will do this and not “you” will do this. This feeling of not being alone was extremely reinforcing. I am grateful for the time, patience and thought she put in towards making me Fittr.

Losing weight was never a challenge for me—I had achieved it numerous times in the past. But with Shab, I’ve discovered something far more valuable: how to lose weight and maintain it. Imagine eating biryani or having rice every day and still shedding pounds. I was skeptical at first; I’d always believed the myth that rice was the enemy of weight loss. But Shab shattered those misconceptions entirely. What makes her approach so unique is how seamlessly she adapts to your lifestyle and daily struggles. No matter how big or small the issue, Shab always has a solution. Time and again, I found myself thinking, Wow, this is brilliant! Why didn’t I think of it before? Her solutions are not just effective but also refreshingly creative. One of the things I truly admire about her is that she doesn't encourage dependency. Instead, she empowers you. She taught me how to compare macros and incorporate any food I love into my diet without guilt. I remember asking her once, “Which cheese is the healthiest option for making pizza?” Rather than just giving me the answer, she guided me on how to figure it out myself. Initially, I thought, Oh no, I have to do this too? But when I found the answer on my own, I realized how this skill would benefit me in the long run. Another life-changing lesson Shab taught me was the importance of sleep. She shared compelling facts about how our body heals and recovers through rest. That was my wake-up call.
