She is incredibly disciplined and strict in the approach—there’s no sugar-coating or constant praise—but that’s exactly what makes the difference. The focus is always on results, and I’ve seen real progress under their guidance. It’s not always easy, and you won’t always get a pat on the back, but you will get better, stronger, and more consistent. I knew I needed some discipline regarding my diet and workout routine when I joined Fittr. The councellor at fittr proposed some coaches and that's how I joined Shabnam's group. She is such a sweet person, gives you a lot of one on one time, discusses your ups and downs, your hiccups in the routine and then proposes personalized solutions. She stresses on the importance of mental health in addition to the physical health. There is so much positive energy you gain when you communicate with her. My journey with Shab has just started and I have a long way to go, but I am positive I will achieve my goals with her as my mentor. Thanks a lot Shabnam.
Initially, I was very skeptical about joining Fittr, especially finding a coach who would understand my perimenopausal phase and the challenges associated with it. I am incredibly fortunate to have found Shabnam; her profile inspired me greatly. I reached out to her, and from there, my Fittr journey with Shabnam began. I was immediately impressed by her politeness and calm demeanor. She listened patiently to all my concerns and struggles. She provided me with a plan that was simple and easy to follow, without depriving me of anything. I wanted to get toned and build a strong body . I was presented with a very well designed exercise plan . Man , I love going to gym now . She is always available to help and clarify any confusions.
