I’ve been working with Coach Shabnam for about 2 1/2 months now and the experience has been truly awesome. She’s really thorough in the plans she gives you and she’s always been available for me whenever I’ve had any questions. The results I’ve seen, aside from my weight dropping by 10 pounds, is that my overall mood and sleep quality are a lot better! I used to get really bad PMS symptoms that would cause a lot of bloating and make me feel pretty lethargic in the days leading up to my periods. All of that has gone down a LOT with a consistent diet plan and exercise routine. I’ve never felt pressured to do anything and every change to my routine feels more like a constructive conversation rather than “something I need to do”. She’s helped me understand that exercise, eating healthy, and moving your body everything should be something that is a part of your routine and not something that you feel forced to do. The benefits of learning under her go beyond just aesthetics, she’s helping me establish a routine that I can continue to follow every day going forward. Working with her has been awesome and I’m really pleased with progress I’ve seen so far :)

I’m a 44-year-old working mom with kids in competitive water polo—so my life is a constant juggle of work, travel, and poolside living. I had stayed fit for almost a decade, but in the last two years, the wheels came off. I put on 30 pounds, and more than the weight, it was the shame that got to me. I was stuck in a loop: I’d sign up for something intense like Orange Theory, punish myself in the gym, eat super “clean” for 5 days, then life would happen—usually in the form of a tournament and travel—and I’d be eating out, feeling like all my hard work was ruined. Cue: throwing in the towel. Then I found Coach Shabnam on Fittr and after much thought and trepidation, I took the plunge. And that turned out to me one of the best decisions I have taken for myself!!!! She didn’t judge—she understood. She helped me break that toxic mindset and gave me the tools to build a sustainable plan. I didn’t have to be perfect—I just had to be consistent. She taught me how to make better choices, even when eating out, and helped me feel empowered instead of restricted. For once, nutrition didn’t feel like punishment—it felt like strategy. More importantly, Shabnam helped me rewire the way I looked at progress. I used to let the scale control my emotions. She helped me see it as just a data point, not a verdict. With her support, I’ve lost 15 pounds and 5 inches off my waist—but I’ve also shed a lot of guilt, shame, and frustration. I’m starting to feel like the old me again—strong, clear-headed, and in control of my own journey. Shabnam isn’t just a fitness coach—she’s a mindset coach, a nutrition educator, and honestly, a sanity-saver. If you’ve ever felt stuck, she’s the coach who will help you find your way back. Like I am finding mine!

Shabnam is extremely thorough and realistic. She helped setup personalised nutrition & training charts. She is genuinely interested in transformation and well-being. She’s a perfect guide in what is these days an overload of fitness information on internet. Trust her to navigate you through all the noise and help you reach your goals. I have had significant improvement in past few weeks by following her guidance. I am closer to my fitness goals than ever before. Be it diet or workouts, she’s there to answer and support all queries, doubts. She’s proactive and genuinely cares for my transformation. I wish I had started my fitness journey with her sooner.
