She is incredibly disciplined and strict in the approach—there’s no sugar-coating or constant praise—but that’s exactly what makes the difference. The focus is always on results, and I’ve seen real progress under their guidance. I knew I needed some discipline regarding my diet and workout routine when I joined Fittr. The councellor at fittr proposed some coaches and that's how I joined Shabnam's group. She is such a sweet person, gives you a lot of one on one time, discusses your ups and downs, your hiccups in the routine and then proposes personalized solutions. She stresses on the importance of mental health in addition to the physical health. There is so much positive energy you gain when you communicate with her. My journey with Shab has just started and I have a long way to go, but I am positive I will achieve my goals with her as my mentor. Thanks a lot Shabnam.
