Shekar’s been a great coach. He actually listens and gives advice that’s specific to my situation, not just generic stuff. He pushes me when I need it but also knows when to back off. Always responsive, remembers what we talked about before, and genuinely cares about progress. Solid coach, would highly recommend.
I had a great experience training with Sekhar Vedala bro. In just 2 months, I was able to reduce my weight from 84 kg to 76 kg by following his workout and diet guidance. His plans were very clear and easy to follow. He is very supportive, friendly, and always available to answer questions. Whenever I had doubts about workouts or diet, Sekhar bro guided me patiently and motivated me to stay consistent. I’m really grateful for his support and highly recommend Sekhar Vedala bro to anyone looking for a good fitness coach.
When I began this journey, I had clear goals but not sure how to achieve — like to reach 72 kgs from 78, manage my stress and hypertension, address my Achilles tendon issue, and build strength for my sporting needs. I didn’t want a rushed or extreme plan; I needed something structured and realistic. Coach Sekhar Vedala focused on taking one step at a time, building consistency rather than chasing quick results. Because of that steady approach, I’ve been able to achieve these goals comfortably, and now I genuinely feel ready to aim bigger and push myself further — especially as I look forward to being more active this summer. There were phases when work travel disrupted my routine and I felt like I was losing track. I even fell sick for a short period. With family and kids, adjusting time isn’t always easy. There were days I had to take a pause or step back from the plan. But he never made it feel like we were losing progress or falling behind. His mindset has always been long-term. He adjusted things patiently, guided me back step by step, and kept the focus on sustainability. Even though he works off hours and our time zones don’t match, he still makes the effort to respond and support consistently. Being a pure vegetarian hail from Nellore living outside, my nutrition plan was designed around my regular food habits and availability — nothing complicated, just simple and practical. The workouts were structured carefully, keeping my Achilles issue and proper form in mind to avoid injuries. Beyond the physical results, this journey has helped me feel stronger mentally, more in control of my stress, and confident about addressing my sporting goals while balancing family life.

From a technical standpoint, his understanding of nutrition, training principles, recovery, and habit formation is very strong. He explains the why behind every recommendation, which helped me make informed decisions instead of blindly following plans. His guidance around calorie control, protein intake, training consistency, and lifestyle adjustments was practical and easy to implement in real life. From a behavioural and mindset perspective, Shekar Master truly stands out. He helped me build discipline, routine, and accountability. Even during busy weeks or vacations, he ensured I stayed aligned with the process rather than falling off track. This mindset shift has been one of the biggest takeaways for me and something I will carry forward independently. On a personal level, he is extremely patient, approachable, and supportive. He never hesitated to take calls, clarify doubts (even very basic ones), and always shared additional insights from his experience. His calm and encouraging communication made the entire journey stress-free and motivating. I am grateful for the habits, knowledge, and discipline he has instilled in me, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for results-oriented yet sustainable fitness coaching.
