I have been training with Seema off and on for a last few months. She is an excellent coach and motivates you a lot. Seema also makes sure that she is tailoring the workouts keeping in my mind my back issues. She is very patient and always make sure to correct my posture. I have enrolled with a few trainers in the past and found they were not always giving their 💯 but with Seema I look forward to my workouts. I would highly recommend Seema.
Seema is an excellent trainer and makes sure my form is correct. I was getting injuries while strength training before, but under Seema's guidance, this has never been an issue. She is always on time and adheres to the 50-minute slot, which is super critical to me as I have packed work days. I have almost completed one month with her and will definitely be renewing. Highly recommend her for strength training.

I just complete one month of training under Seema and have renewed for another 3 months. More than the weight loss, I am happy about the improvement in my energy levels. My main issue was consistency and since starting my training under Seema, I look forward to my workouts every day. Seema is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She picks up on non verbal cues and knows when to push and when to stop. I am thrilled that I found Seema on this app and look forward to reaching my fitness goals under her guidance.
