I have been training with Seema for past 2 months almost and I cannot thank her enough for making me fall in love with workouts, something that I used to run away from. While I joined her I had issues of high BP which hardly jn a span of 1.5 months, we have been able to reverse it. Her classes are so interesting and nice, she tells exactly how it is to be done, and her focus is on long term impacts and not just short term gains. She is a superb trainer and I look forward to many more months of togetherness in this fittr journey of mine. Thank You 😊
I have been training with Seema for past 3 months. Ever since I started with Seema, workouts that I used to get bored with, have become very interesting. I look forward to the workouts now. I see improvement in my strength. My knee pain is getting better. Seema is extremely diligent about the form and will repetedly correct you until you get it right. That makes a big difference. She is so knowledgeable about not only weights training but flexibility exercises, diet, overall health etc. I have a neck pain issue and she suggests so many different exercises, the variety and the results are amazing. She also loves to push you, challenge your body but also understands when not to go overboard. She understands that every body is different and even some days you can be stronger and some days are low. She will work with you on those cues. I would highly recommend Seema for your fitness journey with fun!
For the past four months, I've been diligently working out with Seema, and the results have been remarkable. Not only have I seen significant improvements in my strength and appearance, but I've also experienced a positive shift in my mindset. Battling hormonal issues had previously made it challenging for me to maintain any consistent workout routine. However, since joining this one to one session with Seema, I've found newfound consistency and motivation to exercise daily. Seema's approach is not only friendly but also highly professional and punctual. Her expertise in personal training is evident as she tailors workouts to suit individual strengths, progressively challenging me each week. As a result, my strength has vastly improved, and my physique is noticeably more toned. Prior to enrolling with Seema, I often felt drained and lacked energy, making it difficult to focus on tasks. Now, I'm more active, energized, and able to tackle both work and household chores with enthusiasm. Seema's guidance has truly transformed both my physical and mental well-being. I am going to extend her sessions for another one year as I don’t want to loose her slot. Thank you so much Seema for everything.
This is my second month getting trained by Seema, and I have seen significant improvement in my strength, endurance and overall fitness. I genuinely enjoy my workouts now and can see the progress.
