Saumya provided excellent guidance and helped debug a lot of myths that I had about weight training and overall fitness. she grounded my meal plan in the kind of food that I am used to eating to make sure it's sustainable in the long term, and thought me how to plan my meals in the long term also. super grateful for her guidance!

She is always available to answer questions and takes the time to explain things clearly, which makes the entire journey so much more manageable and reassuring. I’m very thankful to Saumya for guiding me so well through my postpartum fitness journey. Honestly losing postpartum fat felt overwhelming at first but having someone so understanding made all the difference. Her approach felt realistic & sustainable that made me more consistent towards my workouts and calorie intake. She is also aware about food options while you travel so that progress doesn’t stop.
