So I've been training with Saumya for about a month now and honestly... I'm actually surprised at how much this has changed things for me. Like, I used to be that person who'd start a workout routine and just... give up. I'd get in my head about it, convince myself I wasn't built for this stuff, and then it'd just become another thing on my to do list that stressed me out. But something's different this time around. The sessions don't feel like a chore anymore, which is funny because a month ago I would've told you I hated working out. Now I'm actually looking forward to them. And it's not even just about the workouts themselves... it's like everything else got better too. My work's been going smoother, my head feels clearer, and I'm just... less stressed in general. I can see the changes happening too, even if they're slow and steady. Nothing crazy overnight, but it's real and it's there. My energy levels are waaaay better than before, and I'm sleeping better too which is a good sign. I think the biggest thing is that I finally have a habit that's actually sticking. I've done a full month of consistent training and it didn't feel impossible. That might sound small but for me it's huge. It's the first time I've actually stuck with something without burning out. So yeah, genuinely grateful for Saumya's help. ๐ It's like someone finally showed me that this whole fitness thing doesn't have to be this scary mountain I can't climb. Turns out I just needed someone who actually gets it, thou. Thanks for helping me build something that might actually last ๐
