The Human Rep Counter We All Need 💪 One thing about her coaching — there’s absolutely no escaping bad form 😄. She’s incredibly diligent and makes sure every single rep is done correctly, not just once but consistently throughout the session. Even while talking to someone else, she somehow still keeps an eye on you, counts your reps, and catches mistakes like a fitness ninja. Every session genuinely leaves you feeling stronger than before. Of course, showing up and putting in the effort is still on you, but if you attend her sessions, she’ll make sure you walk out healthier, stronger, and with muscles politely questioning your life choices the next day.
I have been training with Sathya for last 3 months and have been enjoying the journey. Sathya has in depth knowledge about fitness. She has been a great coach, motivating me to do better and constantly pushing my limits. I would highly recommend Sathya to anyone who is looking to start the fitness journey.
