I have been training with Sathya for last 3 months and have been enjoying the journey. Sathya has in depth knowledge about fitness. Satya is a fantastic trainer—attentive, engaging, and incredibly supportive. She’s highly knowledgeable about targeting specific muscle groups and always ensures proper form. I’ve learned so much from her and feel stronger and more confident with each session.
