My fiancée and I been doing virtual sessions with Sathya, and we couldn't be happier! Sathya is great at correcting our form, helping us build strength safely, and providing tailored meal plans. As we are based in the US, it was hard for us to find a coach who was familiar with Indian cuisine, so Sathya’s knowledge of Indian foods has been a huge plus for us. We have been working with her for 2 months and have already started to see results. Highly recommend her for anyone looking to get stronger and healthier!
Sathya is a great trainer . She motivates and pushes me to my limit. She follows up on my progress regularly and provide guidance and feedback. My strength has progressively improved and feel lot better. She observes my postures caregully during work outs and ensures that I don’t hurt myself. With neck , back and knee problem , I am able to lift upto 10 kg (5kg x2) comfortably.
She is great, I have some injuries and she works with me to slowly increase my strength but also to make sure I don’t get injured and gives me the appropriate stretches to help with that and modifications I can try. I have been gradually improving my strength
