I joined fittr because of two reasons. My PCOS condition got aggravated and i gained 6-7 kgs. Enrolling under sarita was a random bet. I thought she is a north indian like myself so she will understand my dietary preferences. 😁. Even when i took the decision to enroll under her, i was skeptical whether i will start getting my periods on time ( my periods were delayed, sometimes upto 2 months+) and doctors had prescribed me medicines to get my periods. The first week when she gave me my diet and exercise chart, i wasnt able to understand anything. 😁 so i kept on nudging her ki yeh 20 grams protein mtlb mai kya khaa skti hun, is exercise ka video bhej dijiye etc etc she answered all my questions very patiently. I was a kindergarten student who’s learning a b c of nutrition and exercise. She even encouraged me to not wait till our weekly call and ask any questions right away if i may have. Slowly i started understanding the nutrition chart and exercise chart and followed it diligently. Sarita became my friend whom i used to share aaj maine yeh khaya aaj yeh vaali exercise ka posturedhangse ni aaya mujhe.. then she shared her videos which i refer to if i am unsure if i am doing it correctly. Because of her, i not just got my periods back because of the medication, i have also got into the mindset of eating healthy, controlling portion size, and exercising. I used to hesitate lifting weights, now i can lift dumbbells of 4 kgs each, which is a big milestone for me. And my stamina has also increased. I have also lost 4 kgs. 😁 I recommend sarita whole heartedly. Because of her i got my periods back which was a great sigh of worry.
