Mother of two and a working Doctor having hectic schedule... taking off self time was a big deal But She took postnatal fitness care and helped me to maintain mental health as well ... Great experience with my fittr coach Sapna Joshi..many hurdles I have to face to achieve my goal...but ultimately we manage to get a consistent pattern. It's just not a temporary fitness training of 12 wks but a complete package of how to approach my health and well being . I have learned so much from coach Sapna about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and I know it's just the beginning . She gave me this thinking perception that it's not about losing weight , it's about embracing way of life that I am confident I can sustain forever
