Sanjay has the most patience, we workout first in the morning , thanks to Sanjay for his smiling face and pushing me gently and adding a lot of variety in to the workouts. Will be renewing my plan for the next few months . I see that most of his clients are on auto renew and a new slot with him is difficult which explains why you wouldnt want to lose his time :) Thank you coach .!!
If you are struggling like me to follow a workout routine, you need to enroll with Sanjay! Sanjay is very patient, understands your goals and pushes your limits to achieve your goals. He trains a wide variety of exercises and whole body workouts. I will recommend him a million times!
If you've come across Sanjay, LOOK NO FURTHER! He is very patient, friendly, supportive and encouraging. He understands your problem areas/injuries and designs the workout plan accordingly. After just a few weeks of working with him, I could feel my body toning up and my joint aches and pain disappeared. He's always got a smile on his face which cheers you up all the more !
Sanjay is an excellent trainer who always encourages me to push harder . He takes attention to correct posture and makes modifications accordingly if unable to do certain exercise. I would like to thank him for the exercise sessions and would recommend him to anyone else too.
