Joining Sanjay’s coaching program was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness journey. Before starting, I was struggling with an unhealthy lifestyle and some health issues. Mr. Sanjay helped me go from 97 kg to 86 kg, completely fixing my energy, sleep, and mental focus. Under his guidance, my work strength has shot up immensely. highly recommended for your fitness journey 👍. He has in depth knowledge of the subject that clarifies all your doubt on the top of that he is a very approachable ,polite person and keeps you motivated throughout the journey. He helped me in my midway transformation from 83.5 kg to 76.5 kg. Though i had knee pain / injury he guided me with low impact workout that helped me regain some strength.
