My motivation was quite low at the time I joined the TC program. It was due to my shoulder injury and not because i was lazy. Coach Sanghamitra gave me rehab exercises and my shoulder started getting better within a week. Before injury I was doing 15 pull ups and I was down to zero after injury. But after the rehab. I could do 4 pull ups within a week and that gave me hope to keep pushing myself. I started with full body workout and meals as planned by my coach and i lost fat and gained muscles. My fat% was 24% when started and it came down to 19%. I am really happy I got a coach like her who understands the timeline very well and knows how to personalise the protocol.
Coach Sanghamitra has been an incredible coach and a constant source of motivation for me. She supported me through every step and helped me believe in myself more. Her guidance, encouragement, and positive energy made a huge difference in my journey. She truly cares, inspires confidence, and pushes you to do your best. I have joined fitter for three months. my coach is Sanghamitra maam n she is very dedicated n amazing mentor. my coach has been very supportive,motivating n always ready to guide me . even though I could not achieve my goal due to my personal problems but my experience with her was always positive. I truly appreciate her efforts she puts into helping me stay on track.overall it was an encouraging journey with her may be in future I would like to join again fittr then I go with Sanghamitra mam ♥️
Feeling really grateful to my fitness coach @sanghamitra mam for helping me get back on track with my fitness journey. She guided me step-by-step on how to track my exercise properly and follow a balanced diet plan that actually works in daily life. Gradually I started feeling much more active, energetic and staying consistent. Thank you for pushing me, supporting me, and making fitness feel achievable again.
