I feel lucky to have found a coach like Sangeeta ❤️. From the very first conversation, I felt comfortable. She’s such a calm, positive and encouraging person. Even when I make mistakes, she never makes me feel bad about it, she explains everything so patiently and in such a kind way. She has this amazing way of bringing positivity around everyone 🌟. Every time I talk to her, I honestly feel lighter, more motivated and just better in myself. What I really admire is how much knowledge she has about food, health and overall well-being. She doesn’t just tell you what to do - she explains why it matters, what can happen when you don’t eat right, how even the smallest daily choices affect your body. She notices and appreciate every little positive step, no matter how small🙌. The best part is that she truly listens. She listens to every concern, explain things in detail and if I still don’t follow something she never gets annoyed. She explains it again but in a different way each time. She never repeats the same explanation which makes every conversation feel fresh and full of new learning. I have enrolled my mum with her and my mum iabsolutely loves her too ❤️ that say so much about how naturally she connects with people of all ages. Another thing I really love is the little challenges she gives along the way. They never feel overwhelming but they keep me motivated and make the journey feel achievable. Honestly, the way she explained things make your reflect on yourself. You don’t leave feeling judged - you leave feeling inspired. Sangeeta has designed a very well-balanced diet plan that never makes me feel hungry or restricted—it honestly doesn’t even feel like I’m on a “diet.” This has made it much easier to stay consistent and motivated. I can already feel myself getting stronger, and I’m learning a lot from her approach, not just about food but overall fitness and lifestyle. Her guidance is practical, sustainable, and easy to follow. I truly appreciate her support and the positive impact she’s having on my journey.
Coach Sangeeta is one of the nicest and most logical people I’ve come across. She has made my goal clearer every week. She follows up every single point. Is always available and is realistic.
