Iโ€™m really happy with the progress Iโ€™ve madeโ€”Iโ€™ve lost 6 kgs in just 10 weeks, and I truly couldnโ€™t have done it without my trainerโ€™s support. His constant motivation kept me going even on days when I felt low or unmotivated. Been working with Sandesh for about 6 months now, and i can clearly see the results which i was trying to achieve from past 2 years. He explains you everything like what your body is going through during certain phases, and will keep you accountable to the plan and routine.
