I am so grateful and thankful to have selected Sandeep Sir as my coach. I had been trying to lose weight for years without much success. Due to a busy work schedule and a sedentary lifestyle, I kept gaining weight, which eventually led to severe back pain and other health issues. Sandeep Sir planned my workouts and meal prep according to my needs and tailored them whenever required. Despite my hectic travel schedule and responsibilities as a busy working mom, he quantified my nutrition and stayed consistently available to guide and motivate me — even across different time zones. His abundant knowledge in fitness and nutrition helped me lose 5 kilograms in just 2 months, with noticeable fat and inch loss. I am excited and motivated to continue this journey and achieve even more results! There were several times when I felt demotivated and distracted, but Sandeep Sir was always there to bring me back on track, supporting me with daily check-ins and helping me build sustainable lifestyle changes. i got in contact with sandeep during a challenging phase of my life. my life at time was full with travel due to exams family responsibilities and uncertainty.
