Joined FITTR through a friend’s recommendation and enrolled under Sam initially for 24 weeks and then later extended for another 24 weeks . The difference in having a coach is massive. Even if you think you know what you need to do, the power of accountability is huge. Sam’s detailed approach to nutrition and fitness plans has exceeded my expectations. He is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly and is really good in making you feel motivated . When I started off, I was 71 kgs , demotivated and lacked the energy . Within a month into the program , I was excited to see results which kept me motivated. It was not about blindly following the diet , it was understanding the science behind it and playing around with it to see what worked for you. I looked forward to going out for walks to ensure I got my step counts in. I saw a great progress in terms of weight loss, strength and muscle gain, and general fitness and well being. The weekly feedback helped greatly in knowing where you stand and Sam never failed to check up on you even if you forget to send the weekly measurements . I am now down to 60 kgs and this would not have been possible without Sam’s constant guidance and motivation . Highly recommend!! If you’ve been thinking about getting an online coach, don’t hesitate any longer. You’ll get results, provided you put your heart and hard work into it! Thank you Sam !

I subscribed for a 12 week plan and later extended to another 12 week with Sam as my Coach. I was specifically looking for someone in 40s so as to better relate to physical condition of my age. Sam focuses on fundamental & is quite methodical in his approach and understood my Fitness goal of being fit primarily. He patiently explained the physical anatomy and how i should start focusing on quantified diet & physical exercise. He gradually altered the diet plan according my needs and explained me the importance of sticking to the gym routines and always cleared my doubts in very logical way. I must say he's quite knowledgeable more importantly he understands and listens to the person. Overall Experience:  I'm glad & grateful to have Sam as my guide & trainer. He helped me with fundamental understanding about nutrition, diet & physical routine, consistency, discipline and more over kept me motivated through out my tenure of 24 week plan. Whenever i was going off track he supported me to get back to work towards the goal. Another positive thing what i quite liked about his approach was that he was never intrusive like i understand from few of my acquaintances who did similar online fitness programs where they would had to share pictures of their daily meals and fitness routines and im oretty sure i would have quit mid way if that had been the case with me. In short, it was a trust based relationship with Sam what worked for me and i'm grateful to Sam for instilling in me the importance of consistency & love for fitness. Tangible outcomes: 1. I feel fit throughout the day and not lethargic anymore solving my primary goal 2. Feel confident than earlier with improved aesthetics & no tummy:) 3. Developed liking to go to gym regularly which is quite surprising for me since i never thought to continue it this long 4. Feel good when people praise and start noticing the changes 5. Sam is an excellent coach. His guidance helped me a lot, He ensures that we would remain fit in long run and not only during the mentoring period which shows his passion for fitness and wellness of community in general, In that way he encouraged me to take ownership of my fitness which will be sustainable, I am very happy with all the motivation, guidance I received from Sam and the outcome I have witnessed.
