I enrolled for 1 year plan with Sam. The journey has been so enriching. in the initial days I had own doubts as I was having arithrattis issues and not in a position to do squats as well. however with Sam's guidance I slowly gained confidence and started doing lower body workouts. what I liked most about Sam is, he gives you good guidance and don't rush on you to follow things and see quick results, rather he emphasized on making it as an habit, be it a workout or following a diet plan. he made sure that i understand the reason behind it and always willing to step in and provide guidance. with his guidance I have improved fitness level and regained strength. If someone is looking for a coach, would highly recommend him as I had very rewarding journey. he will make sure that you get in to a habit in your own pace and make it sustainable for a long period.
I had been working out for nearly two years before joining FITTR, but I never really understood the importance of calorie intake and proper training volume. I’ve been under Coach Sam’s guidance for almost 2 years, and the transformation has been life-changing — from 83 kg to 72 kg and down to 13% body fat right on my 50th birthday.
