I have been trying with saif for the past week and can already feel the difference . He is very methodical with the exercises and is very patient. He makes sure that for any exercise we do the right set of muscles are activated and trained. It’s not just blindly doing exercise but very thoughtful and science backed approach. He is always there on time and takes you through warmups,mobility exercise then the actual exercises and ending is with stretches. All in all excellent experience with Saif.

I am on week 3 of my strength and conditioning training, Saif is knowledgeable on what he does .he pushes you gradually .I have renewed for a quarterly package based upon the progress and coaching .

I have been training with saif for the past few weeks and it has been a really good experience. I had a sedentary lifestyle and was averse to the idea of exercise, but saif has structured the sessions in such a way that it is fun to do as well as makes you feel the progress you have made, so much so that I now look forward to exercising in the morning. He throttles the session in the right amount, pushing you wherever needed and allowing you to take it slow as needed as well. He is very detail oriented and passes on information regarding daily/weekly workout plans and routines as well. Would totally recommend him to others.

I am very happy to have signed up with Saif. He is very much dedicated and knowledgeable. Training with him has led to noticeable improvements and increased energy levels. He explains the exercises very well. He has a very well structured program which really helps in overall improvement of health .
