Sai Ganesh has been a very motivating coach. He understood my body's strengths and weaknesses and catered workouts accordingly. He corrected my form when needed and also gave quite useful feedback on my progress and how to check if I have the right form. He has also been flexible rescheduling the sessions if I had other appointments or wasn't well, making sure I didn't miss my workouts.
Ganesh is an amazing coach. He has a extensive knowledge in understanding students body and advice workout as per nature and strength. Am a person who never did any workouts and didn’t had muscle strength, was not able to do all type of workouts. Ganesh studied me well and customised workouts as per my strength and body.
