I trained with Sahil for three months with the goal of building strength and managing my weight. I started at 65 kg and dropped to around 62 kg—but more importantly, I saw real muscle growth. When I began, I could only do knee push-ups, and now I can do eight full push-ups. As a woman new to strength training, that feels like a big win. Sahil is punctual, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explains the purpose behind every workout, focusing on form, breathing, and core engagement. His approach is gradual, sustainable, and injury-conscious—ideal for beginners like me. I’m grateful to him for laying the foundation of my strength journey.
Sahil makes workout interesting, never repetitive. He already has a plan about the results you could achieve, extremely goal focussed. He clearly says, it’s not what u do while workout, it’s what you do after workout which is key to weight loss and muscle building. He also clearly states, what are the mistakes you are doing. With Sahil, I am literally seeing improvement in strength which helps me to do more workouts with ease, that’s the difference.
