I started my fitness journey with Sahil in January. For over 10 years, I’ve enjoyed going to the gym and participating in group classes, and I also regularly train for marathons and go hiking. However, about six months ago, I developed knee pain, which made me realize I needed a more personalized approach to my workouts. That’s when I came across FITTR and chose Sahil as my personal trainer. Even with just basic gym equipment at home, he designed a program tailored specifically to my needs, keeping my knee and shoulder pain in mind. Sahil has been an incredible coach—always motivating, attentive to posture, and consistently updating my routines to keep them both effective and engaging. Within three months, my pain improved by nearly 80%, and while I still have some work to do on building strength, I’ve already seen significant progress. He is extremely reliable and accommodating, and he hasn’t missed a single session so far. I really value that Sahil has never asked me for a review in these four months—it shows his sincere commitment to helping his clients rather than seeking recognition. Our training is still ongoing, but I already feel stronger and more confident. Sahil’s supportive approach has made a huge difference in my journey, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated coach.

I’ve been training with Sahil for over four months and he’s been fantastic. He truly listens to your goals and designs a workout plan tailored to your needs. His knowledge across different training styles is impressive, and he’s also flexible with scheduling. Even though I had a shoulder injury before starting with him he adjusted every session without compromising results. Great trainer—highly recommend!

I trained with Sahil for three months with the goal of building strength and managing my weight. I started at 65 kg and dropped to around 62 kg—but more importantly, I saw real muscle growth. When I began, I could only do knee push-ups, and now I can do eight full push-ups. As a woman new to strength training, that feels like a big win. Sahil is punctual, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explains the purpose behind every workout, focusing on form, breathing, and core engagement. His approach is gradual, sustainable, and injury-conscious—ideal for beginners like me. I’m grateful to him for laying the foundation of my strength journey.

Sahil makes workout interesting, never repetitive. He already has a plan about the results you could achieve, extremely goal focussed. He clearly says, it’s not what u do while workout, it’s what you do after workout which is key to weight loss and muscle building. He also clearly states, what are the mistakes you are doing. With Sahil, I am literally seeing improvement in strength which helps me to do more workouts with ease, that’s the difference.
