Sachin Sir is amazing! I am someone who has avoided exercising my entire life, I feel anxious about it. I am also facing a lot of health issues right now and Sachin Sir has been nothing but supportive. He has a great sense of how I am doing and adjusts the exercises accordingly. He pushes me to do better but does not overwhelm me. He is very kind and patient which is super important for me. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and always ready to coach and share his knowledge. He hasn’t taken a single day off till now, he is very dedicated. I am very lucky I found him. Highly recommended Sachin Sir to anyone who’s starting their fitness journey. I have a long way to go but I am confident that I am on the right path. I look forward to my sessions because I completely trust the process and Sachin Sir’s expertise. Thank you!

I’ve been training with Sachin three times a week, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best decisions for my fitness journey. Sachin is not only extremely knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in his clients’ progress. Every workout session is thoughtfully planned with a lot of variety, so training never feels repetitive or boring. At the same time, there is clear structure and progression — he consistently motivates me to lift heavier, push my limits, and improve week after week. What really sets Sachin apart is his attention to form and posture. He constantly observes, corrects, and explains why a particular movement matters, which has significantly improved my technique and confidence. Because of this, I feel safer lifting heavier weights and more connected to each exercise. Beyond the technical side, Sachin is a great human being to work with. His energy, encouragement, and positive attitude make workouts enjoyable, even on days when motivation is low. Training with him doesn’t feel like a chore — it feels rewarding and empowering. Since training with Sachin, I’ve seen visible improvements in strength, endurance, posture, and overall fitness, and I feel stronger both physically and mentally.
