I started working out with Sachin Sir in November 2022 to primarily build strength (and in the process try and lose a few inches too!). Over the course of the last six months, have I not only felt stronger, I have also gotten rid of the usual aches and pains that one develops thanks to long hours infront of the laptop. He’s super motivating and fun to work out with and I thank him for his contribution in my journey to be fit!
Sachin sir is very dedicated and practical in his approach. He customised based on individuals and also encourages to increase stamina and strength by lifting heavier or increasing the frequency/reps. He encourages for eating healthy and working out well for holistic well-being. In my last 5 months under his guidance I can see noticeable impact on my strength and stamina. Thank you for not making us fall in weight measurement trap and follow consistency.
Thanks to Gunjan for introducing me to this fitness programme with Sachin sir(fittr) about 6 months ago and it has been one of the best decisions I took for my fitness. Sachin sir is an amazing coach and has been helping me achieve my fitness goals. Before joining him, I was facing a lot of problems like lack of energy, leg pain, obesity and loss of muscles. With his constant guidance and motivation, I have started feeling much more energetic and fit. He makes every session challenging and add a variety of workouts as per our need. I enjoy working out with Sachin sir and strongly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
Amazing experience with the coach. Very meticulous. Guides rightly, basis your capacity and goals. Have progressed well on my fitness goals with his coaching; definitely a long way still to go.
