Over the last few months, Rupali has been not only a coach but a friend I did not know I needed. She patiently listens to me and provides a very logical response. She does not immediately give in to my request but understands it and than takes an informed decision. Rupali is very careful of the diet plans and ensures we get our protien and fibre from natural sources rather than relying on market brought sources. From workout perspective, she is very clear of her expectations and the exercises are very doable and you need not kill yourslef to achieve your target Thank you Rupali for being the best coach to Sandeep and I.
Rupali had been a very good support for my diet plan. she had been very persuasive about follow up calls, provided all the support I wanted. It was a very inspiring experience.
Rupali is so genuine and encouraging in most practical way. I would recommend her as a Women’s heath coach as she listens intently, gives practical solutions and have thorough understanding of woman’s health. She motivates by showing her own consistency towards overall fitness. Her guidance throughout the program have help me cultivate good habits for ever and target my personal goals as we set out at the start of the program.
Rupali is very encouraging and passionate about fitness. She keeps a regular check on my diet and very responsive when it comes to queries. Its been 2 months with her and I have changed my diet like never before. Being a vegetarian, I was never sure how to incorporate the right amount of protein in my diet, but now I do, all thanks to her.
