Rupali had been a very good support for my diet plan. she had been very persuasive about follow up calls, provided all the support I wanted. It was a very inspiring experience.
Rupali is so genuine and encouraging in most practical way. I would recommend her as a Women’s heath coach as she listens intently, gives practical solutions and have thorough understanding of woman’s health. She motivates by showing her own consistency towards overall fitness. Her guidance throughout the program have help me cultivate good habits for ever and target my personal goals as we set out at the start of the program.
Rupali is very encouraging and passionate about fitness. She keeps a regular check on my diet and very responsive when it comes to queries. Its been 2 months with her and I have changed my diet like never before. Being a vegetarian, I was never sure how to incorporate the right amount of protein in my diet, but now I do, all thanks to her.
Honestly an amazing women’s health coach. What I love about Rupali is that she actually cares, and that shows through! She’s more than a personal trainer, she’s a mindset coach. Her approach to fitness was healthy, especially for a woman in her 20s surrounded by very unhealthy body standards. She was motivating, kept me on track, listened and understood my challenges, and most of all empowered me. I highly recommend
