Ruchika is a very dedicated and persistent mentor. Having faced some stress-induced health issues I was skeptical about getting back to weight training and HIIT but with Ruchika's motivation I am back to my earlier strength levels and getting stronger each day which was my main goal! This was my 3rd time I had enrolled with Ruchika.. and I’m going to sign up again with her . I have made my husband also enrolled with her . This clearly states how big fan I’m of her . You can achieve all your goals in her guidance. I achieved all my goals with her and then again , I always plan some other goal and renew my membership with her . Full 5 stars to Ruchika. I enrolled with Ruchika for 3 months and it was an amazing journey of 10 kg weight loss with her. Best part is she follows regularly with you n customizes the diet consulting you, and I really enjoyed this weight loss journey with her, never felt that I was on strict diet.
