If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT, then Ruby is the one for you! Ruby makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to do core exercises, & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.
Rubina is your go to trainer whatever your training goals are. She understands your fitness level and schedules the session accordingly. She is patient yet firm when it comes to training. And the best part she adds a lot of variety to the sessions be it pilates or yoga or strength. I look forward to training with her everyday. Whatever your fitness goals she is your go to trainer. I highly recommend her.
Rubina is an expert trainer who knows how to get the best out of me. She has a thorough understanding of different exercise routines and is careful to tailor each workout to what we think is best to focus on that day. It is amazing how a 50 minute sessions each day have made a difference in a short span of time(18 days). I definitely feel stronger and more fit. Rubina is so easy to get along with and very patient. She makes me look forward to each session and makes the overall experience a great one. I would highly recommend her!
