Rohan is a great coach. He is patient, paces the training plan based on my needs and capabilities. He is also very flexible when changes need to be made to the schedule. I really enjoy training with him!

Rohan has been coaching me for 2 months now. He has been great at motivating. He gives very clear instructions and has helped me polish basic forms. He always pushes you to do the best you can but only enough that you don't hate exercising. Rohan is very punctual and easy to work with. During my training, my mobility has improved and I have lost a few inches. Rohan motivates by acknowledging your progress which is important. I highly recommend to include Rohan in your fitness journey.
