Punctual, super encouraging, gets the basics right. He checks all the boxes for a great coach. I have been on fittr for 5 years and always had a personal coach working with around 6 different coaches. Rohan is exceptional and his dedication and willingness is a no match to anyother coach I worked with. I have had coaches bug me to write reviews and I was surprised as Rohan never asked me in the last 8 months I have been with him. He deserves recognition.
Rohan is truly one of a kind! He doesn’t just guide you through workouts — he shows up for you every single day. Whether it’s pushing me through one more rep, encouraging my son, or keeping my husband on track (yes, he trains all three of us!), he brings the same energy, focus, and care to each of us. He started off pretty quiet, but over time we got him to open up — now he’s like family. Always encouraging, always present, and somehow always knows when I’ve got one more rep in me. I’m genuinely grateful to have someone who believes in me even more than I believe in myself. Sometimes I even feel a little bad, knowing how much of a pro he is — and yet he’s right there beside me, cheering me on, never once making me feel less. Honestly, there are days I push through not just for me… but for him.
Rohan is a very dedicated trainer whose work ethic is quite remarkable. He is always on time, always has a positive outlook and tries to push and motivate me on days I am not quite feeling it. He is good with technique and trying to ensure you are doing your workouts with the proper form. I would definitely recommend Rohan to anyone looking out for a strength and conditioning coach.
I've been working with Rohan for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He is always incredibly punctual, ensuring our sessions start on time, which I really appreciate. More importantly, Rohan has a great way of motivating me to push myself further and achieve my fitness goals. Even on days when I’m feeling less energetic, he knows exactly how to keep me focused and moving forward.
