Rob is a great coach to work with. The 30 weeks with him was a huge learning curve. He is very approachable and understanding. He understands your needs and goes out of his way to help you. Looking forward to work with him again in the future.
Robin is an amazing coach who is easily accessible for any sort of fitness/health related advice. I have found his nutrition plan to be very sustainable as he devised the plan according to my regular dietary patterns. At times, it does not feel like i am doing a diet plan at all as it is so close to my routine food intake. There has been consistent improvement in my personal fitness and Robin has been excellent in supporting and motivating me throughout. Looking forward to improving myself in this journey with Robin’s guidance.
It was a great experience under the guidance of Robinson, the diet and training plans are flexible and sustainable as I keep travelling due to my work profile. No fancy diets just eat what is available in Macros. Thanks coach.

It’s truly a bliss knowing that I have a person like you by my side, who understands my body type and my body needs, your workout schedules have really helped me get back to my shape and also in understanding my diet better.
