It’s just 3 months partnership with Renuka has made a great transformation to my eating habits and body weight. She is an excellent guide in ensuring that I don’t have to compromise on food quantity. She created customized food plan based on my office schedule so that I don’t have do put extra efforts in food preparation. I must say, I started feeling light and have lost inches . Thank you Renuka for helping with me transformation.

Renuka ma’am has been an incredible support. I am really grateful to her. Being a working professional, my timings were very erratic, she has been very considerate and accommodating to my timings. The best part about her workout and diet plan is the simplicity. She didn’t add anything which was not sustainable. She is very patient and dedicated to her work. Without any miss, she has always been in touch with me throughout my journey. I have been able to get insight into my body type and what works/suits my body. I have seen a significant change in my strength, inches, weight, energy level and overall I feel healthy. Thank you for being there for me.

I enrolled under Renuka Ma'am for a 12 week programme. Under her guidance I lost a significant amount of inches and gained the confidence to do better in my fitness journey. She is an amazing person, coach and fitness enthusiast. My journey was full of ups and downs, but Renuka Ma'am always motivated me saying 'eat mindfully and get back on track'. Also, she made me feel extremely comfortable to share my personal issues with her and guided by her personal life experiences. When the programme ended she guided me on how to maintain the nutrition. I am certainly going to enroll under her soon.

Achieving fitness involves more than just putting in effort; it also requires having a clear direction towards your fitness goals. Fortunately, our fitness coach Renuka has provided us with the exact guidance we needed. Not only is she an exceptional fitness coach, but she also serves as a mentor, teacher, and motivator. Renuka took the time to understand our individual goals and daily routines, allowing her to create personalized diet and workout plans that are truly commendable. She consistently followed up on our progress and provided motivation whenever we faced setbacks. Renuka also made a point to acknowledge and praise our achievements. Her extensive knowledge of nutrition, exercises, and all aspects of fitness further enhances her effectiveness as a coach. We not only achieved our weight loss goals but also experienced a significant reduction in our cholesterol levels. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such an exceptional coach. Renuka completely transformed our lifestyle and helped us develop a new mindset towards our daily routines. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance and support.
