Renu is awesome coach, she understands your fears and your baseline and is willing to start at your comfort level and progress at a pace that pushes you but does not make you want to quit. She is always positive and encouraging, which makes me look forward to workouts everyday, missing them on weekends.
It's been 3 weeks that I started my fitness journey with Renu and it's been of the best thing I have done for myself so far. Renu is a highly knowledgeable coach with positive outlook. She understands a beginner's challenges but pushes one in the right way to do what's needed for the body.
