I was looking out for Yoga teachers for my mother and I am so glad that I found RekhaJi to guide my mother through her fitness journey. RekhaJi is an excellent teacher. She is very patient and methodical about the exercises during the yoga sessions. She breaks down the concepts to basics and help you understand what and why are we doing these exercises. I would highly recommend to train with her. My mother feels great and is really excited to do these sessions everyday.

Rekha is a very knowledgeable, committed and supportive instructor. I am currently recovering from a knee ligament injury and this was my first experience practising yoga. She made sure I was comfortable during the class while also improving the condition of my knee during this time. My knee is much more flexible, I feel more energetic, and I am constantly looking forward to our morning yoga classes. She is able to teach and point out even the most minute details related to breathing patterns and posture, which are extremely helpful. I highly recommend Rekha as a yoga instructor.

Rekha is a very good yoga teacher. Taking classes with her daily, I have improved my flexibility and mental peace. She teaches patiently and pays attention to small details in body posture.
