Rekha is a very knowledgeable, committed and supportive instructor. I am currently recovering from a knee ligament injury and this was my first experience practising yoga. She made sure I was comfortable during the class while also improving the condition of my knee during this time. My knee is much more flexible, I feel more energetic, and I am constantly looking forward to our morning yoga classes. She is able to teach and point out even the most minute details related to breathing patterns and posture, which are extremely helpful. I highly recommend Rekha as a yoga instructor.
