After my second pregnancy I put up a lot of weight and my food habits were out of control. Rekha helped me get through the tough days and I lot about 6.5 kgs in 3 months. Renewed second time as she made me believe there’s more potential. She was able to make meal plans based on my preferences and was very flexible. I am based in USA and she went beyond her regular timings to get on calls regularly and answering my questions late in the night. Overall strongly recommend her.
