I’ve been training with Ravi for almost six months, and I’m really happy with his coaching. He’s patient, skilled, and truly understands my needs. He customizes the diet according to my sport and keeps a consistent check on my progress. His guidance in both workouts and nutrition has been outstanding.
I've had the opportunity to train under Ravi for more than 8+ months now. As someone who enjoys working out and has adapted fitness as a lifestyle he is a great partner. His tips around excercise forms has helped me gain tremendous strength without any injury. I find it difficult to eat food!. He tactfully navigated that challenge by suggesting hacks to combine food. Our interactions are not just limited to weekly meetings, he's just a quick WA message away. I also love his professional approach of informing his mentees about his leave/unavailability. I have been training with Ravi for almost 6 months now. I can definitely see that I have seen a change in my mentality towards Food. He is really patient and has guided me a lot in each step. I have worked with other fitter coach before on this platform but what sets Ravi apart from others is that is knowledge about food and health relationship and how it works for you in the long run to sustain a healthy lifestyle, He does an amazing job explaining it to you. I think one of his strongest point is he listens to you and works with you to help you adapt a lifestyle that you can continue . Being a working mom sometimes it gets difficult to take care of your nutrition and your workout, and he has always been there and has guided me on how I can achieve my goals.
