Ravi has been an excellent coach in my fitness journey. His attention to smallest of details is something very significant. He has been very supportive and patient through this entire journey. I would highly recommend him for someone who is looking for a one on one training because he understands an individual thoroughly before planning out things for them.

He is very dedicated and supportive. He gave me a good gym plan and a proper food plan that are helping me in my fat loss journey. He also does weekly calls, which keep me motivated and on track. He always encourages me to stay consistent and improve. I am really happy with his guidance and support.

Twelve weeks in with Ravi, and it’s been a genuinely rewarding journey. What sets him apart is he takes the time to understand where you are, what you’re working toward, and what actually matters to you. As someone who plays sports, I needed a plan that improves my game. Ravi curated my diet and training to target the right muscle groups while building overall strength and endurance. Nothing felt generic — it was built for me. The regular check-ins and weekly calls make a real difference too. You never feel like you’re figuring it out alone. He’s genuinely invested in your progress. I’ve been working with Ravi for 12 weeks now. Ravi showed up to every call on time, gave the time, and explained everything with science and logic. He also replied to every message, rants, complaints, and praise alike. He explained things calmly with reason and logic every time I deviated from the plan. And he consistently did that to the point it was annoying. And then I started to not deviate because I did not want to be annoyed again. I stuck to the plan so he would be less annoying, but in the end my relationship with food improved too, and now I follow plans (mostly) because I want to, not because I have to. Still a love-hate relationship.
