For the last 4.5 months, I’ve trained with my fitness coach Ravi and lost 9 kg thanks to him. He’s very professional and makes special plans just for me. Ravi works hard, checks on me often, and keeps me on track with his smart ideas. His help has made this journey possible. I love how Ravi motivates me. He’s polite, professional always says encouraging words, and helps me through tough days. He gives good advice and pays close attention to my workouts and food plans. Ravi’s coaching has changed me a lot, boosting my confidence with that 9 kg loss. I have never been so fit in my life before. I’m excited to keep going with such a great coach. I have been training under Ravi for over 24 weeks now. I shortlisted Ravi after a lot of research. He is a great motivator and has helped me to reach the best shape of my life. I have never been so fitter in my life. His approach is simple, logical and scientific. He listens to you and then makes the plan and approach around your issues. I have been working with Ravi for almost a year now in my fat loss journey. Ravi helped to lose 7 kgs of weight. Ravi has been very consistent in guiding me with my food habits/workout plan and most importantly explaining me the importance of consistency. Ravi meticulously helped me to improve my Excercise forms, by looking at my Videos on a weekly basis. Ravi helped to look towards fitness as a permanent goal by changing my mindest towards food indulgence, importance of body activity and importance of strenght training in gym.
