I’ve been following Rashmi’s guidance for 24 weeks and lost 12 kgs just with a calorie-deficit diet and 10k steps daily. 💪 No crash diets — just a simple, sustainable plan that worked! I am grateful to Rashmi for her guidance and support during my weight loss journey. She has helped me get over my cravings/snacking by giving me wholesome diet that made me feel fuller. Instead of eating less and starving myself she actually asked me to do changes in my diet by incorporating healthy and tasty food. I had lost 4 kg in 12 weeks and I can see my mental and physical health has gotten way better than it was. My overall energy levels went up and helped me become a better version of myself. I am very grateful to my coach Rashmi Priya for all the guidance and support. I have seen a lot of improvement in my health, habits and thought process towards food. I have never been very much interested in doing exercises ever, walking was easy and doable. But the way Rashmi stitches the exercises, the combination that she gives has not only helped me but there’s not a day where I feel that I should skip it. I love doing the workouts.
