I am very grateful to my coach Rashmi Priya for all the guidance and support. I have seen a lot of improvement in my health, habits and thought process towards food. I have never been very much interested in doing exercises ever, walking was easy and doable. But the way Rashmi stitches the exercises, the combination that she gives has not only helped me but there’s not a day where I feel that I should skip it. I love doing the workouts. She is an amazing person and a wonderful coach. I am happy that I chose her. Thankyou so much Rashmi. Grateful.
