I have been training with Rashi for about 3 months now and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Rashi is incredibly patient and punctual, always showing up on time and ready to help. One of the things I appreciate most about her is that she never made me feel bad about my fitness level; instead, she always encouraged and motivated me. What sets Rashi apart is her hands-on approach. She exercises together with me rather than just giving instructions, which makes the workouts much more engaging and effective. Even during my break, she has been proactive in sharing exercises I can do on my own and still follows up to ensure I’m staying on track. Beyond fitness, Rashi is a true life guru. Her guidance and support extend beyond physical training, and she has been a source of inspiration and positivity in my life. I highly recommend Rashi to anyone looking for a dedicated and supportive trainer. Can’t wait to restart my journey with her.

Rashi is an amazing coach. Her way to train is fantastic. I really enjoyed her sessions and gained my strength back. I learnt correct form and stability. She is a great motivator. She focused on my weeknesses and taught me to overcome. She focused on breathing techniques and improvement of form. She designed really wonderful sessions so that muscles recoveeed perfectly. Throughout the sessions, she gave so many tips to recover fast. Such a wonderful coach, trully recommended.
