Rahul has been a great coach to work with. I went from 87 kg to 79 kg under his guidance, and the whole journey felt very practical and easy to follow. What really stood out was his consistency with follow-ups — he kept checking in, made sure I stayed on track, and tweaked things whenever needed. Overall, really happy with the progress and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape.
