My spouse and I joined FITTR as complete beginners to weight training with goals of fat loss, muscle gain and cleaner eating. Coach Rahul Kumbhare made the journey very smooth by focusing on small steps and small wins. He gave us simple, effective workout plans, practical nutrition guidance and was always there with clear, friendly support. We’ve seen great changes in our physique and habits, and we truly love the way he interacts and guides us. Rahul has always been a source of great motivation towards healthy lifestyle. Though I was already on intermittent fasting before meeting him, however he actually guided me the right path for weight loss. I have been training under coach Rahul for more than a year and it has been a great experience so far and I intend to continue with him. He not only helped me go from 90+kg to the target of 85kgs but he is also one of most dedicated coaches I have seen who find ways working around your schedule. my schedule is always very random where there could be month where it's very hectic at work and months where the schedule was good. He not only understood it but always kept me motivated and adjusted the plans accordingly. He always had tips and tricks for the extra busy days to stay on track. I would highly recommend him to everyone who is trying to build a healthy lifestyle.
