Huge thanks for being such a supportive coach this past year, losing all this weight wouldn't have happened without you cheering me on every step of the way. Your workouts definitely kept things interesting and challenging, and you always explain things in a way that actually makes sense, which is a major win. thanks for always having my back and pushing me forward.i feel amazing and way stronger than before. if anyone is looking for a coach who's got your back. I have been with Rahul for 1.5 years now. I have had multiple stints with personal trainers/ gym routines in the past with not much success. But Rahul has helped me achieve my fitness goals which I never thought I will. He is very patient and works around your schedule. He always respond promptly and actually helped a couch potato like me become addicted to the gym.My adherence to my diet may only be 50-60% but I am still achieving my fitness goals. All thanks to Rahul! Highly recommend for anyone especially for someone new to fitness.

I have been training with Rahul Khumbare for over a year and I haven’t looked back since. Before starting my coaching I was scared to even step into the gym and now I go in at least 5 times a week. Simply, with his help I achieved my goal of putting on weight, one which I have struggled with for years. I have gained my weight by over 10 pounds and my strength has highly increased. Rahul has really helped me by giving me the tools to grow, such as diet training regimes and motivation for days when I feel demotivated. His flexible and personal approach based on my needs has really helped me and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him.
