It’s been over a year since I’ve been enrolled with Rahul. The results he has delivered in this time period are beyond belief. Losing weight and inches have been a by product of all the strength, knowledge I have gained in this amazing journey with him. He made weight loss look like Childs play. He is a master of his field and you can ask him just about anything under the sun and he’d answer that with a smile and in minutes. With him, I learned how eating less isn’t important but what’s important is eating right. I’ve been always on the leaner side but now I can boast of having more strength than I ever had and I’m in the best possible shape I ever was. rahul is an excellent fitness trainer who is very friendly and understands your goal and needs perfectly..it's been almost a year he is with me in my fitness journey..I decided to enroll with him as he understood my requirements n my goal very well..he is very knowledgeable and perfectly guides you for a healthy lifestyle...he would motivate u again when u r about to give up...he understood my food habits very well and made a diet plan which was never difficult to follow..I can very confidently say it's very easy to follow a diet n I think he has made it easy for me...he is just a phone call away if I ever have a doubt about any workout or diet...the best part is he will explain you with a relevant example and the science behind everything he has planned for me...I ll highly recommend rahul for your fitness journey...
