Rahul is very engaging, empowering and skilled coach. Firstly, I had to take short break from Fittr for my personal reasons and Rahul went above and beyond to make sure platform admins understand my situation. His patience in answering all my questions and flexibility to adjust my diet and workout plans is something I truly appreciate. I began my fitness journey a year ago with high hopes, but as time passed, I struggled to see any meaningful progress. Over the past 8 weeks, under Rahul’s expert mentorship, I’ve made tremendous progress. I’ve lost 10 pounds—not because weight loss was my primary goal, but because it became a powerful symbol of the changes happening inside and out. More importantly, I’ve gained something far more valuable than a number on the scale: confidence. For the first time in a long time, I truly believe in my ability to reach my goals and become the healthiest, strongest version of myself. I’m incredibly grateful to Rahul for his unwavering support, personalized guidance, and for helping me rediscover my belief in what’s possible. This is just the beginning—and I’m more motivated than ever to keep going.
I never thought to lose weight or may be not expect but then I join Rahul as My husband is already taking guidance from him. So that’s one of my motivation , After joining Rahul I got more motivation to be on fitness journey Rahul manages workout and diet as per our preference, available resource and food choices and Best thing is I am able to manage the hunger level. He guide me the reason and science behind every food and workout whatever I had each day. He showed that how to quantify and manage the food when you are not eating at home. I got full support , encouragement and knowledge about food and workout. I am on the same weight today which I had 8 years ago. Overall he is the couch you need to start with.
