Rahul is an excellent fitness coach and nutritionist. He is very knowledgeable and I have been working with him for 3 months and my experience has been nothing but awesome. He guides you everystep of the way, motivates when you feel low. He follows up regularly and is always accessible on phone. Overall under his guidance we have understood the concept and importance of quantified nutrition and strength training. He has been a great support in this fitness journey and I have nearly lost 10 kg in this timeframe . Hoping to continue the same way. I wish Rahul the very best and highly recommend him as a fitness coach if you want to bring change to your lifestyle and health
I had a great experience working with Rahul. He provided amazing food plans that were thoughtfully customized around my likes and dislikes, which made the journey a lot easier and more enjoyable. He was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small, what i loved the most is throughout the process there was a constant knowledge transfer of how diet plan and exercise affects our body.
Rahul is very dedicated and disciplined coach!! He is very polite and understands your concern and target every progress efficiently, he makes you understand the way correctly and with his diet you won’t feel deprived! He is very sincere and gives his 💯 to every step! He is a very good listener and understands every single thing and guides you accordingly. I learnt many new dynamics of fitness and workouts from him, he is an excellent coach and I really look forward to many more years of training experience with him!!
Rahul acted more of a mental coach for me. He always provided with constructive criticism and the right coaching. There were places where i slipped on my diet and he guided me how it would affect me and how it pushes me back from my goals. Best thing is his involvement on a week to week basis. I really look forward for the next 6 months with him.
