Working with Coach Rahul for the past 12 months has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I lost 30 pounds, but more importantly, I experienced a powerful mental shift that changed how I view fitness, food, and self-discipline. Rahul kept me accountable without ever making me feel pressured or judged. He had a way of checking in that kept me consistent, even on tough days.
