My fitness journey started in Feb 2022 with coach Rahul Agarwal. I was 65.5 kilos. My singular goal was to lose the extra 5 kilos of holiday/vacation weight (which I lost in just 3.5 months) and then stop the program. Working with Rahul has helped me understand in depth the relationship between diet, sleep, health and the role they play in weight loss. Constantly motivating, extremely positive, deeply patient and a strong focus on long term benefits are the core reasons why 9 months later I’m still on FITTR! In this time, I lost over 8 kilos, reversed a health condition, am back at my high school weight but with a better toned body and totally competing for the same clothes with my almost 13 year old daughter! My journey to healthy and sustainable lifestyle started with Rahul in February 2022. I was 258lbs (117kgs) and my vital stats - blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar were at an all time worse levels. I have always had a challenge with losing weight and have gone through multiple diet journeys including South Beach Diet, Naturally Slim Diet, Low Carb and Keto Diets. None of these diets were part of a sustainable lifestyle for me and I eventually always gained back all the weight that I had lost... When I spoke to Rahul, I went over my weight loss yo-yo journey with him. He was extremely patient and listened to everything. He shared with me his own personal journey and empathized with my struggles. He drafted a very customized workout plan based on what workout equipment and access to machines I had at home. I travel a lot due to my work - so he even added a customized workout plan using resistance bands instead of weights. He tailored a balanced vegetarian meal plan for me that is sustainable and does not feel like a diet. Rahul is an extremely patient coach. He listens carefully and intently. More than anything, he is always available. I am based in US and the timezone differences are not easy to work around but he is always available and is very quick to respond on WhatsApp. He has been extremely motivating and even when I have hit a plateau, his positive reinforcement kept me optimistic. I have so far lost 39lbs (17.5kgs) and my blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar are all on a healthier trajectory. I still have a long way to go to reach my health goals. However, as I reflect on the past 65 weeks, I know that I am onto something special with Rahul. He is a great cheerleader and his support has been nothing short of AWESOME!!!

Rahul acted more of a mental coach for me. He always provided with constructive criticism and the right coaching. There were places where i slipped on my diet and he guided me how it would affect me and how it pushes me back from my goals. Best thing is his involvement on a week to week basis. I really look forward for the next 6 months with him.

He is a very supportive person always helped me and guided me throughout the journey and helped me loosing weight with his effective diet and workout plan . I started with 98kgs and now i am at 90kgs within 3 months . I felt more confident, energy levels changed, and this diet plan is based on home cooked meals and home workouts also which helped to focus more on my fitness journey even with long working hours. Coach rahul guided and motivated me with his weekly calls of tracking our progress , please do go for his program šŸ‘šŸ»
